Registration is NOW OPEN!
Registration is NOW OPEN! Join us for the Princess Of Asia® Minnesota Pageant on February 6–7, 2027. Queen contestant registration, Escort volunteer registration, and Optional Competition registration are all open now. The deadline to register is December 31, 2026.
Unlike the Appointed Title pathway, the Minnesota pageant is a live, judged competition — and the outcome is never guaranteed. Contestants step on stage to compete for their division title, crown, and a place on the Minnesota Royal Court.
And there’s even more to celebrate! Minnesota winners receive an award package that includes their National Convention entry fee for the Summer 2027 Princess Of Asia® National Convention.
Princess Of Asia® Minnesota Pageant 2027
February 6 & 7, 2027 | Mall of America
The Minnesota Princess Of Asia® Pageant is where it all began — and it remains the heart of our program! This exciting, live, in-person experience brings contestants together for a weekend of confidence, connection, and competition, featuring six age divisions for Queens, from Little Queen through Ms. Queen, plus our Best Escorts. Together, our winners become the Minnesota Royal Court and represent Princess Of Asia® throughout the year.
Required Competitions
With six age divisions, there’s a place for every stage of the journey:
- Little Queen: Ages 4–6
- Princess Queen: Ages 7–9
- Pre-Teen Queen: Ages 10–12
- Jr. Teen Queen: Ages 13–15
- Teen Queen: Ages 16–18
- Ms. Queen: Ages 19+, all marital statuses welcome
Contestants are evaluated in five required areas: Evening Gown Walk, Personal Introduction, On-Stage Question, Interview, and Community Service.
Whether it’s your very first pageant or you’ve competed before, the Princess Of Asia® Minnesota Pageant offers a supportive live-stage experience where contestants can build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and shine as themselves.
Follow Princess Of Asia® on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok for pageant updates, contestant highlights, and more.
Optional Competitions
More ways to show what makes you special! Optional Competitions give contestants additional opportunities to showcase their talents, creativity, personality, interests, and accomplishments beyond the required Queen Competition.
Optional Competitions are separate from the main Princess Of Asia® competition and do not affect the outcome of the Queen titles. Contestants may choose to enter as many or as few as they wish, subject to entry limits and deadlines.
Escort Volunteers
The spotlight isn’t just for the girls! Escort Volunteers are young men who take part in the Princess Of Asia® Minnesota Pageant, accompanying contestants onstage during Evening Gown Walk and participating in the crowning ceremony.
It’s a fun and rewarding way for boys and young men to build confidence, poise, communication, and stage experience while playing an important role in the pageant.
Escort Volunteers may also compete in Optional Competitions, giving them additional opportunities to showcase their talents, interests, and individual strengths.
Escorts may be considered for Best Escort recognition and the opportunity to become part of the Princess Of Asia® Minnesota Royal Court.
The main point I truly love about POA is knowing that I could accomplish something I never knew I could. I really value the confidence it took to win the title.
