Represent Your State. Join the National Stage.

The Appointed Title Program is Princess Of Asia®’s national pathway for candidates outside Minnesota who want to represent their home state and become part of our growing national program.

Unlike the Minnesota Pageant, Appointed State Titles are earned through an application and review process rather than an on-stage competition. Appointed State Queens will represent Princess Of Asia® in their states and come together for the first-ever Princess Of Asia® National Convention in Summer 2027.

How the Appointed Title Process Works

Becoming an Appointed State Queen is a structured completion process designed to give candidates the opportunity to demonstrate that they meet Princess Of Asia® standards.

Step 1 — Apply

Submit the online application, including:

  • Headshot
  • Heritage confirmation
  • State you wish to represent
  • $295 application fee

The $295 application fee is non-refundable, and applications cannot be canceled once submitted.

Step 2 — Complete Your Interview

Selected applicants will be invited to a Zoom interview with Princess Of Asia®.

Applicants who successfully complete the interview will advance to Candidate status.

Step 3 — Submit Your Candidate Materials

Candidates will receive a link to submit the remaining required materials:

  • 30-second self-introduction video
  • Evening gown walk video
  • Community service summary

Step 4 — Earn Your State Title

Your materials will be evaluated by Princess Of Asia® reviewers. Once all required materials have been submitted and determined to meet Princess Of Asia® standards, your Appointed State Queen title will be awarded.

Your Official Royalty Package

Once your title is awarded, you will receive:

  • Official Princess Of Asia® crown
  • Official Princess Of Asia® state title banner
  • Official Princess Of Asia® T-shirt
  • Crown box
  • Crown pillow

Your Road Leads to Nationals

Appointed State Queens commit to participating in the Summer 2027 Princess Of Asia® National Convention as part of the State Royalty Agreement signed by every titleholder.

The National Convention will bring Appointed State Queens and Minnesota winners together for a national Princess Of Asia® experience centered on confidence, leadership, communication, cultural pride, connection, and competition.
